"It Happened on the Earth"

About "It Happened on the Earth"

It is the Jurassic Age. A herd of Brontosauruses lives uneventfully in a valley. One day, the future of their species is threatened by a succession of earthquakes, which cause widening gaps in the mountains, very close to the forest of tall trees where they keep their eggs. The Brontosauruses then decide to take their eggs to a safer place, to a forest of small trees beyond the plateau. But a problem arises: there are more eggs than there are Brontosauruses to carry them, which means that they will have to do this long, dangerous trip twice. Meanwhile, the ground continues to split, thus allowing the ocean to flow into the continent. The only way in which the Brontosauruses can overcome this plight is by helping one another.
